This is a good opportunity for Scouts to pass the First Class orienteering requirement. Starts with a quick training session on map reading.

Scouts should arrive and sign in any time during the "map hike window," 11:00 AM - 1:15 PM.  The event ends at 3:30 PM.

    Would this also go towards requirements for the orienteering merit badge? My son still has some requirements left to fill. Thanks.
