Mystery Nights at the Liberty Science Center (Oct-Apr)

Mystery Nights and Forensics

Cubs will have a chance to use forensics to track down the thief who stole a valuable artifact from the Liberty Science Center!

LSC announced their 2016-17 dates when Scouts can chase down clues all evening, and then "camp in" overnight. The first session will take place on October 21, 2016.

Nearby Hiking Trails Improved

The popular hiking trails in the Ramapo Reservation recently had a lot of work done to make them more interesting and a bit less confusing.

The entrance to the park is located on the same Ramapo Valley Road (Route 202) as our Council Service Center, and is about 7 miles north of the center.

Click here for a trail map. Recent improvements were to reconfigure the trails into a network of 5 loops along with new blazes. The work was done by volunteers of the New York - New Jersey Trail Conference.
